Methyl trimethoxysilane as raw material,prepared by a two-step hydrolysis and condensation of spherical silicone resin.
1. In the hydrolysis ofmethyltrimethoxysilane, PH value is between 3.0 to 6.0, the hydrolysis reactionmixture as a clear transparent, free floating oil stratification. Descriptionof methyltrimethoxysilane were effective hydrolysis reaction, to give methylsilanol.
2. In the silanol condensation reactionprocess, the control range of PH value is between 8.0 and 10.0, in order toobtain the desired product. With PH value increases, the particle size of theproduct obtained decreases by about 3 m down to 7μm, and the particle sizedistribution tends to narrow.
3. Ratio of the amount ofmethyltrimethoxysilane was added and the water quality is greater than 1:20,the desired product can’t be obtained. With the decrease of oil-water ratio ofthe reaction product particle diameter tends to decrease.
4. The reaction was allowed to stand underpolycondensation conditions, spherical silicone resin product, and the sub-ahunder stirring, the resulting product was very irregular, adhesion andaggregation serious.
